Friday Felines
This is the "I Can Sit On That" edition of Friday Felines.
You might remember when Stephen was here
Giroux made himself at home on Stephen's book bag.
Stephen is back home in Virginia so Giroux has had to find
other victims places to recline and reFURbish.
This is why I NEVER glass my stitched pieces.
My framer could SWEAR he inspected the piece and found no cat hair left behind.
Sure as shootin', the minute it got in my house,
I'd find a hair (or multiple hairs) stuck there under the glass.
Do I mind? Not without glass I don't.
That's what tweezers are for.
Note: I was just about to pick that up to work on it a bit.
But, you know, cat rules!
You don't disturb the cat.
So, I went off to fold the laundry and while I was getting out the second sheet,
THERE HE WAS...
...reFURbishing my bottom sheet.
Well, at least I could go stitch.
That Giroux -- he's so smart that he can sense where you're going next and sit on it!
ReplyDeleteHe's got the most soulful eyes (and the prettiest shade of pink for a nose).
ReplyDeleteI'm with you 100% on this cat habit!!!! He is so beautiful, though!
ReplyDeleteThe face, though! "May I help you?"
ReplyDeleteHaving terrifically awful cat allergies, I am so glad that none of my kitties have that particular affliction. We get along quite nicely as long as they stay in their lane. Daughter's cats on the other hand will get into or on anything I leave around. I have to be so careful when I'm Grand sitting not to tempt them.
ReplyDeleteAww, Sweet Giroux!
ReplyDeleteHe finds the best spots in the house.
ReplyDeleteHe wants to be exactly where you are planning to be next! That's a cat for you. And I have NEVER seen as handsome and beautiful cat as sweet Giroux. I truly am in love.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
